Política de Reembolso

En Abogadai ofrecemos una garantía de reembolso del 100% únicamente para las acciones de tutela que sean rechazadas por la entidad correspondiente, siempre que el documento haya sido generado y utilizado conforme a las instrucciones de la plataforma.

Los derechos de petición, al tratarse de documentos digitales personalizados generados de forma inmediata, no son reembolsables una vez entregados.

Las solicitudes de reembolso serán procesadas dentro de un plazo máximo de 10 días hábiles después de validada la información. Para iniciar el proceso, puedes contactarnos a través de nuestros canales de soporte.

Política de Cancelación

Dado que Abogadai ofrece un servicio de pago único por documento y entrega inmediata del archivo generado, no aplican cancelaciones una vez iniciado el proceso de creación del documento.

Si el usuario presenta algún inconveniente técnico antes de finalizar la generación del documento, podrá comunicarse con nuestro equipo de soporte para recibir asistencia.

Recolección y Uso de Datos Personales

Al utilizar nuestro servicio, podemos solicitar información personal que permita identificarte o contactarte, incluyendo:
